You have not provided us with a viable plan of action. As a result, you can no longer sell on Amazon.co.uk and your offers have been removed from that site. A temporary hold has been placed on any funds from your Amazon.co.uk sales.

We encourage you to resolve any pending orders. Any amounts paid for A-to-z Guarantee claims or chargebacks may be deducted from the funds in your account.

Most holds are removed within 90 days, but funds may be held longer. For example, claims or chargebacks on your orders could extend the hold beyond 90 days.

Once the hold is removed, any remaining funds will be available per your settlement schedule. Balance and settlement information will be available in the Payments section of Seller Central. If you have questions about these funds, please write to [email protected].

Thank you for your concern of our account.
We received a notification today that our selling privilege has been removed cause Our LG bluetooth headset is counterfeit products.
Firstly, we are very sorry about our ignorance, we are new to Amazon selling, we are lacking of the rules and policies when sell on your platform.
Secondly, We had been deceived by one bad supplier.
Third,I will give my customer who buy the counterfeit LG bluetooth headset a full refund and apologize to them.
Fourth,I will check my supplier Carefully,I promise it will now happen again.
Would you please consider the account seller rating and customers feedback to us before we sold the LG bluetooth headset? We provided customer both good products and customer service before. We never got a claim or negative feedback before. Hope Amazon can look through to it.
If you can give us a chance, we will do as follows:
1. Absolutely, we will see through all the policies and rules about selling on your platform.
2. We will check the listings in our account to see if there has some which do not meet your requirements, if it does, we will fix it immediately.
3. We will check all the products we’ve been sold, any complaints or product issues we will solve them in proper way within 12h in favor of the customer’s right.
4. If any selling questions, we will consult Amazon for help.

Hi,
Thank you for responding.
The complaints have been caused by the ASIN: B00NFWTT20, B00NW2JBYO.  Now We sure these are fake LG Tone Infinim HBS-900 Wireless Stereo Headset. We have been cheated by one of our china supplier. He told me that it is real LG Tone Infinim HBS-900 Wireless Stereo Headset. We don’t believe him any more.
We will refund the full money to our customer for these fake LG Tone Infinim HBS-900 Wireless Stereo Headset.Also We will pay the return shipping fee if our customer ask for back it to me.I promise the similar complaint won’t happen again.
We will check my supplier more carefully to ensure all the products are real in our store.We will check the listings in our account to see if there has some which do not meet your requirements, if it does, we will fix it immediately. We will do our best for sales on amazon.
